Sanctuary Kichakani Serengeti camp is a 5 luxury accommodation owned and operated by sanctuary retreat collection that runs luxury and best accommodation in Africa. The camp is a mobile camp that moves with the great migration herds throughout the year Positioned in Central, northern and southern parts of Serengeti national park. It moves to central Serengeti in the month of June to Mid- July, In northern Serengeti from July to November and southern Serengeti from December to March.
One can be at the camp taking approximately 6 hours’ drive from Arusha town to Serengeti national park and 1-2 hours to fly from arusha to the close grumeti airstrip then few minutes to be transferred to the camp.
Sanctuary Kichakani Serengeti camp consists of 10 comfortable and well raised safari tents overlooking over the sweeping Serengeti plains reflecting traditional building style . Tents are well decorated, elevated with raised platform and furnished with en-suite facilities of Clean flushing toilet, bucket shower filled with hot water , minibars , solar energy available, wood chair and table, mosquito nets, tables and chairs and other facilities .Tents have sitting area and terraces ,you relax while overlooking the spectacular view over the wildebeest migration, Serengeti plains and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with excellent clean and washed beddings with queen and king sized beds. Tents vary in different sizes with single beds for individuals, double bed/ twins and family tent. The camp has Cracking fireplaces where you can relax and share stories and experience of the safari not only that it also provides warmth to the guests in the nights and during cold days.

A restaurant in the main building that serves different meals both continental and local cuisine that meets guests appetite; Continental breakfast , picnic lunch and separate dining areas, they also serve bush dinners overlooking the stars in the sky and morning breakfast enjoying the morning sunrises.
