Serengeti national park fees

 Serengeti national park fees: Serengeti national park is famous safari destination and one of the most visited national parks in Tanzania for game viewing safaris and other safari activities, this park is under the management Tanzania National Parks Authority which is responsible for drafting fees charge to every individual and service offered in Serengeti national park. Serengeti national park fees are charged for the purposes of conservation and protecting the ecosystem of the park.

These tariffs are newly drafted operating from 1st August 2020 to 30th June 2021

  • FILMING FEES

These fees are applicable to each per person entering Tarangire national park for filming purposes, these fees cover entrance, camping and filming.

Note: filming fees are applicable to all nationalities.

 Important points to note about Serengeti national park fees

  • Conservation and vehicle fees payable by tourists for multiple entry
  • Any for fees payable at Serengeti national park are non-refundable once paid
  • Proof of identification for each and every tourist is required at the entry gate of Serengeti national park
  • All Serengeti national park fees are VAT (18%) exclusive
  • Travelers/tourists who are expatriates/residents and their dependants living in Tanzania are required to have either of these documents that are residents permit class A,B or C, exemption certificate; temporary pass attached with Government receipt plus acknowledgement letter and Diplomatic passport or ID.
