Dodoma City : Dodoma is one of Tanzania’s 31 administrative regions, having the GOGO tribe as its dominant tribe. The area is located in central Tanzania and is bordered on the west by the Singida Region, on the north by the Manyara Region, on the south by the Iringa Region, and on the east by the Morogoro Region to be thrilled while on Tanzania Safaris Tours. The University of Dodoma, one of Tanzania’s largest universities, is also located in the Dodoma Region.  GET IN DODOMA CITY

Dodoma city can be reached by road, rail, or air; it is up to you to choose the most convenient mode of transportation based on your trip interests. There are numerous daily buses from all cities in Tanzania, including Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and Mwanza, that travel directly to Dodoma.

Around 11 a.m., both luxury and ordinary buses depart from Ubungo Dar-es-major Salaam’s bus station towards Dodoma, taking around 7 to 8 hours. Buses to and from Arusha via Kondoa in the north, as well as Singida and Mwanza, are also available. There are also buses from Iringa that will take you to Dodoma City in a few hours, including roughly 4 hours on paved roads.
